我们不收集你的姓名、手机号、身份证件或银行卡信息。
2. 你上传的文件和处理结果
- 上传的文件只用于完成你发起的那次处理。处理完成后立即删除；视频上传后可重复处理，原视频最长保留 24 小时后删除。
- 处理结果在服务器上保留一段时间供你下载，到期自动删除：目前注册用户 24 小时、会员 72 小时，以工具页面显示为准。
- 我们的工作人员不会查看你的文件，除非你主动要求协助排查问题，或为处理违法内容的投诉、依法配合有关部门。
- 我们不会用你的文件训练 AI 模型。
3. 第三方服务
部分功能需要把相关内容发给第三方服务商处理，他们只为完成该次处理使用这些内容：

只使用免费的本地功能（如本地识别、免费配音、剪辑、压缩、PDF 合并拆分等）时，文件只在我们自己的服务器上处理。
我们的服务器托管在第三方云服务商的数据中心。使用本服务即表示你同意你的信息在服务器所在地处理。
4. Cookie
我们只使用必要的 Cookie：tgf_session（保持登录）和 tgf_lang（记住界面语言）。不使用广告或第三方追踪 Cookie。
5. 安全
密码使用业界通用的加密方式保存；全站使用 HTTPS 加密传输；后台配置的密钥加密存储；管理后台有多重验证。但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全，请使用强密码并妥善保管。
6. 你的权利
你可以联系我们：查询我们保存的你的信息、更正邮箱、注销账号并删除个人信息（法律要求保留的订单记录除外）。我们会在 15 个工作日内处理。
7. 未成年人
本服务不面向 16 周岁以下的用户。如果发现我们误收集了未成年人的信息，请联系我们删除。
8. 变更和联系
本政策更新时会在本页面公布并修改生效日期。联系方式同《用户协议》第 10 条。

We do not collect your name, phone number, ID documents or bank card information.
2. Your files and results
- Uploaded files are used only for the job you start and are deleted as soon as processing is done. Uploaded videos can be processed repeatedly and are kept for at most 24 hours.
- Results are kept on the server for you to download and are deleted automatically when they expire: currently 24 hours for free users and 72 hours for members, as shown on each tool page.
- Our staff do not look at your files unless you ask us to help with a problem, or to handle a complaint about illegal content or to cooperate with the authorities as required by law.
- We do not use your files to train AI models.
3. Third-party services
Some features send the relevant content to third-party providers, who use it only to complete that job:

When you use only the free local features (such as local recognition, free voice-over, trimming, compression, PDF merge and split), your files are processed only on our own servers.
Our servers are hosted in a third-party cloud provider's data center. By using the Service, you agree that your information is processed where the servers are located.
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: tgf_session (keeps you logged in) and tgf_lang (remembers your language). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
5. Security
Passwords are stored with industry-standard hashing; the whole site uses HTTPS; secrets configured in the admin panel are stored encrypted; the admin panel has multiple layers of authentication. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it safe.
6. Your rights
You can contact us to see the information we hold about you, correct your email, or delete your account and personal information (except order records we are required to keep). We will respond within 15 business days.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child by mistake, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes and contact
Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date. Contact details are in section 10 of the Terms of Service.
