1. 关于我们
TGFlow 工具箱（tools.tgflow.net，以下简称「本服务」）由 TGFlow 工具箱运营团队（以下简称「我们」）运营，提供图片处理、视频处理、文件（PDF / Office）处理等在线工具。
注册或使用本服务，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议、《隐私政策》和《退款政策》。如果不同意，请不要使用本服务。
2. 账号
- 你需要用有效邮箱注册账号，并对账号下的所有操作负责。请妥善保管密码，不要与他人共用账号。
- 你应年满 16 周岁；未满该年龄的，请在监护人同意和指导下使用。
- 发现账号被盗用，请立即通过「找回密码」重设密码，并联系我们。
- 一人可以注册多个账号，但不得以批量注册、脚本等方式获取免费额度。
3. 你上传的内容
- 你只能处理自己拥有版权或已获权利人授权的内容。每次处理前需要你勾选确认。对画面中出现的他人肖像，你应已取得同意或已做遮挡。
- 你保留对上传内容和处理结果的全部权利，我们不会主张任何权利，也不会用它们训练模型或用于其他目的。
- 你上传的内容只用于完成你发起的处理，处理规则见《隐私政策》。
4. 禁止的行为
使用本服务时，你不得：
- 处理侵犯他人著作权、商标权、肖像权、隐私等权利的内容，包括去除他人作品上的水印、署名或防搬运标记后再传播；
- 处理违法内容，包括但不限于色情、涉及未成年人的不当内容、暴力恐怖、诈骗、侮辱诽谤他人的内容；
- 用本服务伪造证件、票据、合同等，或制作用于欺诈的材料；
- 攻击、干扰本服务，或用自动化程序大量调用、绕过次数或额度限制；
- 转售、出租账号或额度。
违反以上规定的，我们可以删除相关内容、限制功能或停用账号；造成损失的，由你承担。对违法内容，我们可能依法配合有关部门。
5. 免费额度、点数和会员
- 免费使用：注册用户每天有一定的免费次数和文件大小、视频时长限制，具体以工具页面显示为准。
- 点数：部分功能（如 AI 识别、AI 配音、AI 纠错、PDF 高保真转换）按用量扣除点数，价格在功能旁标明。任务失败时，如果任务已经提交给第三方服务处理（第三方可能已按用量计费），点数不退；其它原因（如文件无效、服务未开始）失败的，冻结的点数自动全额退回。点数有有效期，以购买页面和「我的账户」显示为准，过期作废。
- 会员：会员期内享受更高额度、结果保留更久和优先处理，具体权益以页面显示为准。会员不包含点数。
- 我们可以调整价格、额度和权益，调整会在页面公布，不影响你已购买且仍在有效期内的点数和会员。
6. 付款
- 目前只支持 USDT（TRC20 网络）付款。请按订单页面显示的精确金额、在有效时间内转到页面显示的收款地址。
- 区块链转账一经发出无法撤回。因转错网络、转错地址、金额不符或超时导致无法自动到账的，我们会尽力人工核实处理，但无法保证追回。
- 汇率波动、网络手续费由你自行承担。
7. 服务的提供
- 本服务按「现状」提供。我们会尽力保证稳定和处理质量，但不保证服务不中断、处理结果完全符合你的预期（例如 AI 识别和配音可能有错误，去除 Logo 在部分画面效果有限）。请在使用前核对处理结果。
- 我们可能因维护、升级或第三方服务故障暂停部分功能。付费功能每天有总量上限，达到后当天会暂时关闭。
- 处理结果只保留有限时间（见《隐私政策》），请及时下载保存。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内：
- 因你上传的内容侵权或违法引起的纠纷和损失，由你自行承担；
- 我们对间接损失（如利润损失、数据丢失）不承担责任；
- 我们因本服务承担的赔偿总额，不超过你在事件发生前 3 个月内为本服务实际支付的金额。
9. 协议的变更和终止
- 我们可能更新本协议，更新后会在本页面公布并修改生效日期；重大变更会通过站内提示或邮件通知。更新后继续使用，视为同意。
- 你可以随时停止使用本服务。需要注销账号的，请联系我们。
10. 争议解决和联系方式
- 因本协议或本服务产生的争议，双方应先友好协商解决。

Terms of Service

1. About us
TGFlow Tools (tools.tgflow.net, the "Service") is operated by the TGFlow Tools team ("we", "us"). It provides online tools for image, video and file (PDF / Office) processing.
By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Your account
- You need a valid email address to sign up, and you are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your password safe and do not share your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old; if you are younger, use the Service only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
- If you think your account has been compromised, reset your password with "Forgot password" right away and contact us.
- You may have more than one account, but you may not create accounts in bulk or by script to obtain free usage.
3. Your content
- You may only process content that you own or are authorized by the rights holder to use. You confirm this before each job. If other people appear in your content, you must have their consent or cover them.
- You keep all rights to your uploads and results. We claim no rights to them and do not use them to train models or for any other purpose.
- Your uploads are used only to complete the job you start; see the Privacy Policy for how they are handled.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- Process content that infringes copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy or other rights of others — including removing watermarks, credits or anti-repost marks from other people's work and redistributing it;
- Process illegal content, including but not limited to pornography, inappropriate content involving minors, violent or terrorist content, fraud, insults or defamation;
- Forge identity documents, receipts, contracts or other materials, or create materials for fraud;
- Attack or disrupt the Service, call it in bulk with automated tools, or circumvent usage or quota limits;
- Resell or rent out accounts or quotas.
If you violate these rules, we may delete the content concerned, restrict features or suspend your account, and you are responsible for any resulting losses. For illegal content, we may cooperate with the authorities as required by law.
5. Free usage, points and membership
- Free usage: free users get a number of free runs per day, plus file-size and video-length limits, as shown on each tool page.
- Points: some features (such as AI recognition, AI voice-over, AI fix and high-fidelity PDF conversion) are charged in points by usage; prices are shown next to each feature. If a job fails after it has been submitted to a third-party service (which may already have charged for it), the points are not refunded; if it fails for other reasons (such as an invalid file or the job not starting), the points held are refunded automatically in full. Points have an expiry date shown at purchase and in "My account"; expired points are void.
- Membership: during the membership period you get higher limits, longer result retention and priority processing, as shown on the site. Membership does not include points.
- We may change prices, limits and benefits; changes are announced on the site and do not affect points or memberships you have already bought that are still valid.
6. Payment
- We currently accept USDT on the TRC20 network only. Send the exact amount shown on the order page to the address shown, within the time limit.
- Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. If a payment cannot be matched automatically because of a wrong network, wrong address, wrong amount or late payment, we will do our best to verify it manually, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
- You bear any exchange-rate movements and network fees.
7. The Service
- The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that results will fully meet your expectations (for example, AI recognition and voice-over may contain errors, and logo removal may be limited on some footage). Please check results before using them.
- We may pause some features for maintenance, upgrades or third-party outages. Paid features have a daily total limit and are closed for the rest of the day once it is reached.
- Results are kept only for a limited time (see the Privacy Policy); please download them promptly.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- You are responsible for any disputes or losses arising from infringing or illegal content you upload;
- We are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost data);
- Our total liability in connection with the Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the event.
9. Changes and termination
- We may update these Terms. Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date; material changes are announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.
- You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact us.
10. Disputes and contact
- Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
